HLTA - SEND & Inclusion Focus

Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced HLTA to support inclusion and SEND provision within a primary school in Ashton.

This role involves working closely with the SENCO and leadership team to deliver high-quality support for pupils with additional needs, while also covering lessons across the school when required.

• Delivering structured interventions for pupils with SEND.
• Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs.
• Covering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Supporting behaviour strategies and emotional regulation.
• Contributing to EHCP targets and progress reviews.
• Assisting with mentoring and supporting other support staff.

• HLTA qualification or extensive experience in a higher-level TA role.
• Strong SEND knowledge and experience.
• Confident leading lessons independently.
• Calm, resilient and solution-focused approach.
• Recent experience within a UK primary school.
