• Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships with them.
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory.
• Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering our parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
• Building long‑term relationships with the customers you serve.
• Maintaining the delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure.
• Other duties as needed.

• Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder, with the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise during the shift.
• Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately.
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups.
• Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Able to be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.
