- Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships with them.
- Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory.
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering our parts.
- Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
- Building long‑term relationships with the customers you serve.
- Maintaining the delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure.
- Other duties as needed.

- Are a student or retired and want a flexible schedule.
- Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder, with the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise during the shift.
- Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately.
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups.
- Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
- Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
- Able to be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license.
