Job Summary:
We are looking for an Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing client relationships, marketing your brand, and providing product solutions that meet our customer's needs. Expected Compensation: $70,000 - $140,000+! Our top sales professionals earn over $150,000 per year working a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships to build clientele for life
• Exhibit consultative selling skills; assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully
• Develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority, including understanding product offerings, optional packages, and technologies
• Perform professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and activities
• Maintain a positive attitude daily
• Create a marketing plan with management support to build your brand

Qualifications
