Manufacturing Engineer – Tallassee, AL

Currently seeking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer who will play an integral role in planning, organizing and delivering projects to exceed customer expectations.

• Detailed engineering understanding of customer processes.
• Composite knowledge – products and processes.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Project management understanding, including plan building.
• Computer skills to prepare, analyze and develop reports and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize workload within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly.
• General engineering experiences in CAD, CNC Programming and data analysis.
• MS Office, AutoCAD, Solidworks (or similar).

• Regular visits to customers, front‑line responsibility for reporting on customer engineering changes & opportunities.
• Coordinating customer projects linked to our products / services.
• Ensure customer and company needs are met.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Providing training and producing support material for customers.
• Ensuring full adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Ensuring full adherence to all policies and procedures in place at customer premises.

• Self‑starter, requiring minimum supervision.
• Customer focused.
• Results and deadline driven.
• Keen eye for detail with a quality focused approach to producing accurate work.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels, both externally and internally.
