Provide customer service to staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical events, fire alarms, suspicious activity, and/or access control concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior and exterior areas, including offices, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage;
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and communications systems when assigned, and report irregular conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and maintenance concerns in written and/or electronic reports, and assist with access control by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and/or directing deliveries
