Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including lobbies, corridors, waiting areas, parking areas, and building perimeter as assigned;
Monitor access points and visitor flow as directed, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report suspicious activity and/or hazards to the appropriate parties;
Complete patrol logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision, and support investigations as requested
