Renewal of NW Florida is an independently owned restoration dry cleaning company, specializing in providing dry cleaning services to property owners, insurance carriers, and contractors following household damage due to fire, smoke, water, mold, soot, and other disasters. With a reputation for excellence and extraordinary customer service, we proudly serve NW Florida and southeastern Georgia. Renewal of NW Florida is a division of Shamrock Cleaners and has been a staple in the community for over 40 years.

We are seeking an Outside Sales & Business Development Manager to assist in meeting clients' restoration dry cleaning needs. The ideal candidate will seize opportunities, drive sales, utilize existing systems, and develop new systems to elevate our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales goals
  • Maintain and document sales routes
  • Work both in and out of the office daily
  • Prospect both inside and outside the organization
  • Effectively utilize our CRM tools
  • Identify, initiate, and build relationships with target customers
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships
  • Engage in ongoing prospecting through networking and joining organizations
  • Work flexible hours and be on-call as needed
  • Meet with insured parties, adjusters, contractors, etc., representing the company professionally
  • Organize and manage pack-outs, assess rooms, and determine the best approach for inventorying and removing textiles
  • Serve as the primary customer contact when necessary
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Ideal Candidate

    Qualifications:
  • Business-to-business outside sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and personal sales strategy skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, with a drive for cold calling
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Adaptability to changes throughout the workday
