Renewal of NW Florida is an independently owned restoration dry cleaning company, specializing in providing dry cleaning services to property owners, insurance carriers, and contractors following household damage due to fire, smoke, water, mold, soot, and other disasters. With a reputation for excellence and extraordinary customer service, we proudly serve NW Florida and southeastern Georgia. Renewal of NW Florida is a division of Shamrock Cleaners and has been a staple in the community for over 40 years.
We are seeking an Outside Sales & Business Development Manager to assist in meeting clients' restoration dry cleaning needs. The ideal candidate will seize opportunities, drive sales, utilize existing systems, and develop new systems to elevate our business.
Key Responsibilities:Meet and exceed assigned sales goalsMaintain and document sales routesWork both in and out of the office dailyProspect both inside and outside the organizationEffectively utilize our CRM toolsIdentify, initiate, and build relationships with target customersStrengthen existing customer relationshipsEngage in ongoing prospecting through networking and joining organizationsWork flexible hours and be on-call as neededMeet with insured parties, adjusters, contractors, etc., representing the company professionallyOrganize and manage pack-outs, assess rooms, and determine the best approach for inventorying and removing textilesServe as the primary customer contact when necessaryMaintain a valid driver’s licenseIdeal Candidate
Qualifications:Business-to-business outside sales experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM toolsStrong organizational and personal sales strategy skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, professional, with a drive for cold callingAbility to work independently and collaborate effectivelyAdaptability to changes throughout the workday#J-18808-Ljbffr
