Position: Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive and Intermediate Care Units (RN NICU) - $15k Sign-On Bonus & Relocation

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

* The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) is fundamental in achieving recognized world-class health care

* Assumes direct and indirect responsibility for the patient's care environment

* The primary responsibility is providing care through collaboration with health care team members and the autonomous application of the nursing process

* Also provides leadership, mentoring and role modeling for other members of the health care team

* Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination and delegation of care in a safe, secure and clean environment

* Care provided displays respect for the patient's rights, dignity, values, confidentiality and expressed needs

* Adaptable, using evidenced based practice and information technologies while maintaining focus on providing comfort, relieving pain and alleviating anxiety.

* Nurse Manager

Supervises:

* Nurse Extern, Graduate/Licensed Practical Nurse, Nursing Technician/Specialty Technician, Unit Secretary, Patient Care Assistant

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required

Education:

* Associates in Nursing

* Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Required Experience:

* No previous experience required

* Preferred: 2-5 years' experience as RN

Required Certification/License/Registry:

* Current license to practice as an RN in Florida

* Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) and/or other specialized life support requirements designated by work area
