• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care Med-Surg RN experience within unit required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
