Tele/Neuro Registered Nurse – Day Shift

We are actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a high-acuity Tele/Neuro Unit. This team cares for patients with neurological and complex medical needs, often requiring telemetry monitoring and interdisciplinary collaboration.

This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment with a strong focus on patient safety, nursing autonomy, and professional development.

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Pay Range: $29.82 – $38.92+ (based on total healthcare experience) (top end withheld per policy)
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment)
• Paid in 5 installments: 20% in first paycheck, 20% every 6 months
• Shift Differentials:
• Nights: +$4.00/hr
• Weekends: +$5.25/hr
• Relocation Assistance:
  Available on a case-by-case basis

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Florida RN license (or compact with FL license within 90 days)
• 1+ year of RN experience
• 1+ year of acute care or hospital experience preferred
• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)

Preferred:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
