** Job Description*
* The Strategy Principal, Healthcare Data Analytics & Value-Based Care (VBC), plays a dual leadership role: facilitating the modernization of enterprise analytics strategies at health systems, and enabling clients to successfully achieve business transformation goals-including value-based care program excellence. This position partners with health system executives to adoption of Oracle's advanced analytics platforms and solutions, empowering organizations to turn data into actionable insights that drive clinical quality, operational efficiency, and success in payer contracts.

Drawing on insights from customer engagements, industry sentiment, market trends, and competitive intelligence, this leader will define strategic priorities and collaborate with business and product teams to provide expert perspective that shapes product design and development.

** Enterprise Analytics Modernization Strategy:
** Partner with healthcare leaders (e.g., CFOs, CQOs, CIOs, Chief Population Health Officers) to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for integrating and optimizing analytics platforms across the enterprise, leveraging Oracle's state-of-the-art analytics and data infrastructure.

** Business Transformation Leadership:
** Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to translate analytics insights into actionable strategies for clinical, operational, and financial improvement, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes under value-based payment models.

** Value-Based Care Enablement:
** Lead the deployment, adoption, and optimization of analytics solutions supporting value-based care initiatives, including risk stratification, cost and quality measurement, gap-in-care identification, population health management, and performance tracking for payer contracts.

** Advanced Analytics Platform Adoption:
** Guide change management, user adoption, and best practices for leveraging Oracle's advanced analytics platform-including embedded AI-enabled features-so organizations maximize business value, improve decision making, and sustain continuous improvement.

** Continuous Feedback & Improvement:
** Systematically collect feedback from health system stakeholders and communicate insight and market requirements to Oracle Health product teams to shape the future of Oracle's analytics solutions.

** Executive Engagement &

Education:

** Facilitate workshops, executive briefings, and collaborative sessions to align analytics modernization initiatives with clients' business objectives.

** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*

** Domain Expertise:
** 10+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, population health, or value-based care, working in or alongside health systems, payers, or leading consultancies.

** Analytics Solution

Experience:

** Demonstrated experience with enterprise healthcare analytics or business intelligence platforms (such as Oracle Health's Healthe Intent, Millennium, or similar) and a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).

** Strategy & Implementation:
** Track record of leading or supporting enterprise analytics modernization projects, including solution implementation and client adoption.

** Value-Based Program Knowledge:
** Deep practical knowledge of value-based care models, payer contracts, population health management, and performance improvement in a U.S. healthcare setting.

** Collaboration & Communication:
** Exceptional ability to partner across disciplines and communicate analytics concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

** PREFERRED SKILLS*
* + Direct experience with other major analytics platforms such as Oracle Analytics Cloud and other major data/analytics platforms.

+ Advanced degree (Master's) in Data Science, Health Informatics, Health Economics, Public Health, or related discipline.

+ Background in payer-provider collaboration, accountable care arrangements (MSSP, ACOs, commercial risk), or large-scale population health initiatives.
