Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) staff augmentation services in support of the Department's Office of Information Technology (OIT) in a multiyear cloud initiative to lead the design and implementation of a Microsoft Cloud architecture aligned with the Department's business and IT strategies.
Contractor Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and/or evolution of the Microsoft Cloud architecture function/program including coordination of an appropriately balanced pursuit of enterprise business, information, technical, and solution architectures.
- Lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to develop Microsoft Cloud architecture requirements.
- Analyze technology industry and market trends and determine potential impact upon the Department.
- Lead the development of Microsoft Cloud architecture governance structure based on business and IT strategies.
- Oversee Microsoft Cloud architecture implementation and ongoing refinement activities.
- Direct the development and execution of a communication (including education) plan for Microsoft Cloud architecture standards.
