The system is comprised of one main ED, Capital Hospital, and three freestanding EDs - Lake Jackson, Southwood and Gadsden FSED.

- Annual visits: 46,000
- 38-bed ED
- 44-48 hours physician coverage
- 24-36 hours APC coverage
- 25% admission rate
- Meditech EMR
