Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- Three (3) years of administrative/clerical work experience. College education can substitute for two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience
- Fluent in Spanish

Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as the principal assistant for the Bureau Chief and assists the Voter Services, Special Programs, and Ineligibility managers, as needed. Performs all personnel and administrative functions for the Bureau of Voter Registration Services and conducts all other major office functions.
Processes a variety of correspondence, investigates subject matter, prepares replies, processes routine matters within established policies. Performs special assignments as needed.
Reviews, researches, and prepares records, reports and/or correspondence requiring action and recommends solutions or courses of action.
Interacts with Supervisors of Elections, staff, and the general public. Acts as one of the customer service liasons for the Division.
Serves as Comprehensive Case Information System (CCIS) Administrator, Clerk of Court Administrator, and ACP Administrator.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of general office procedures;
- Ability to work independently and prepare routine correspondence;
- Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data;
- Ability to write clearly with minimal errors;
- Knowledge of all Microsoft programs, People First, and state personnel policies and procedures.
- It is essential to the function of the position, and a condition of employment, that this employee be available to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed, with short notice.
