Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Audit Associate to join our CPA firm. As a Audit Associate, you will be responsible for leading and executing audit engagements of various clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute audit engagements of various clients in the finance industry
• Plan and perform audit procedures in accordance with auditing standards and regulations
• Identify and communicate audit findings to clients and management
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Assist with business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit or Bachelors degree with strong internship
• CPA certification a plus but not required
• Strong technical skills in auditing, accounting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
