Provide customer service to location staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter prohibited activity and/or unauthorized access;
Monitor access points and interior areas, verify identification and/or authorization as directed by post orders, and report unusual activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calling for assistance, documenting events, and supporting responding personnel;
Complete required reports and logs, communicate significant observations to Allied Universal management and location representatives, and follow escalation procedures
