This role offers the chance to provide advanced periodontal care, support medically compromised patients, and contribute to teaching, research, and community outreach in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver periodontal treatments for eligible patients based on approved privileges.
• Provide consultations and management support to other healthcare providers.
• Care for medically compromised patients, including oncology, hematology, cardiac, and transplant cases.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, dental hygienists, and auxiliary staff.
• Participate in oral health preventive education programs and community service activities.
• Engage in academic training, research projects, and professional development.
• Maintain active SCFHS registration, clinical privileges, and compliance with hospital bylaws.

Qualifications:

• PhD or Board Certification in Periodontics or related discipline (essential).
• Bachelors Degree in Dental Surgery or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Valid registration as Specialist with SCFHS.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a recognized institution (preferred).
• Positive professional references.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (essential).
• Additional proficiency in Arabic preferred.

Skills:

• Strong clinical expertise in periodontal treatments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Computer proficiency (Level III preferred).
