Must-Have:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. Good written and verbal communication skills.
Description:
Provide emergency health care services to patients of all ages, ranging from minor medical injuries to trauma.
Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognizing and interpreting serious situations.
Prioritize and make immediate decisions regarding proper actions.
Initiate appropriate measures in emergency situations in the absence of the physician.
Operate and monitor emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.
Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician, including medications and IV therapy that alter hemodynamic status, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
Record observations, nursing interventions, and therapeutic measures administered.
Document specific health care requirements for patients and prepare written assignments for team members.
Plan and develop care delivery, implement the plan, and coordinate documentation of care.
Share responsibilities for sustaining adequate supplies and equipment.
Ensure the general upkeep of the unit and maintain a safe environment.
