• Travel stipend: (tax‑free, amount to be determined)

• Minimum 3 years recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Current Oklahoma RN license or Compact/Multi‑State RN license
• Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Experience caring for adult and pediatric patients in a high‑acuity ER
• Proficiency with ventilator management, CPAP/BiPAP, Vapotherm, and critical drip infusions
• Basic stroke patient care experience
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize, multi‑task
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Physical demands: stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift up to 50 lbs
• Successful completion of pre‑employment credentialing (background check, drug screen, etc.)

• Assess patients’ clinical conditions rapidly, recognize deterioration, prioritize care and take immediate action as needed (emergency assessment)
• Initiate appropriate emergency measures and interventions when a physician is not immediately available
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot general and specialized emergency care equipment, including ventilators and advanced airway devices
• Administer medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation per orders
• Document clinical observations, interventions, and coordinated activities with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized patient care plans and handoffs within the ER team
• Maintain adequate supplies and equipment and help preserve a safe, clean emergency department environment
