Registered Nurse — Full-Time position at DaVita in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

1373 East Boone Street, Tahlequah, OK.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care in an outpatient dialysis center setting.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment; RNs are a central part of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring individualized treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
• Work with head, heart, and hands in a fast-paced environment.

• No dialysis experience required; training may occur at a facility or training clinic other than your home clinic.
• Potential to float to various clinics during and after training.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) experience.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
