Working as a Wholesale Parts Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and shipping parts to support our wholesale and ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable using computers in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, inspect, and accurately check in all incoming freight, ensuring correct quantities and proper documentation.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing wholesale and ecommerce orders using LTL carriers and parcel services such as Fed Ex and USPS.
• Pick, stage, and verify parts orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain organized inventory bins, assist with inventory control, and properly process returns and core parts.
• Operate dealership computer systems to track inventory, shipments, and orders with attention to detail.
• Support parts delivery operations by filling in as a driver during vacations or absences, as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.

Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 an hour.

• Prior experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or parts operations preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move automotive parts and packages throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when receiving, picking, and shipping orders.
• Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed.

Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
