The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and food service areas approximately daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Work conditions may expose you to varying weather, extreme temperatures, hot surfaces, fumes, and fine dust.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Exposure to varying weather conditions, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some areas, sudden temperature changes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer; deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Physical ability to carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking, climbing stairs (five or more flights), and performing delivery duties.
• Driving ability to deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.

During delivery, carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking, climbing stairs. The driver must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the vehicle to the customer’s location. The driver will navigate adverse weather conditions while driving and delivering. Night vision and far vision required for driving.
