Flatbed CDL A Driver

Exciting CDL‑A Flatbed Driver Opportunity – Division 295

Become part of System Transport’s Division 295 flatbed team. We offer a limited‑time $5,000 hiring bonus, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• $5,000 one‑time hiring bonus (paid quarterly $1,250 over 12 months)
• Weekly pay: $936.79 – $1,721.34 (depends on experience, routes, attendance, length of service)
• Annual pay: $48,713.24 – $89,509.48 (same factors apply)
• Flatbed regional rate: $0.68 – $0.72 per mile
• Accessorial pay: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, over‑dimensional, mileage, and other bonuses
• Transition package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 for first two weeks orientation)

Home most weekends with a 34‑hour reset. Regional routes across the western United States. Terminal:
Spokane, WA.

Transport critical flatbed loads including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Maintain safe operations on regional routes, adhere to company policies, and uphold System Transport’s safety and quality standards.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 21 years of age
• ≥ 4 months of driving experience (prefer 1‑year experience)
• Clean driving record (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years)
• Background check, clean drug test, and Clean Clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform; tested during orientation
• Clean record for California applicants per Fair Chance ordinance
