Job Overview

We are seeking a safety‑conscious Class A CDL Driver to join our team at LeMay PCR in Frederickson, WA.

• Competitive wages range from $35.00 to $35.50/hr to start.
• The schedule is a four‑day workweek with three consecutive days off. Start time is between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

• Drive tractor‑trailer with a dedicated local route. Manual transmission is used in tractor/trailer equipment.
• Possibility for training on roll‑off.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
• Perform a physically demanding job, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Courteous interaction with customers and perform other miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Climb in and out of the cab up to 40+ times per day.
• The work environment involves exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts, requiring adherence to basic safety precautions.
• The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and humid conditions, fumes, and vibration. Noise level is usually moderate.
• Work in all weather conditions.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn and use interpersonal skills related to quality customer service.
• Current MVR/driver abstract compliant with DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51.
• At least three years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with 53' trailer operation.
• Clean safety and driving record.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job without issues.
• Basic knowledge of truck components to complete pre‑and post‑trip inspections.
