Parts Driver

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Coordinates last‑minute pick‑ups or deliveries with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts sales associate, or shipping and receiving clerk.
• Checks with the body shop each day to determine immediate parts needs.
• Delivers parts to the body shop when needed and distributes them to the appropriate body technicians.
• Verifies that the invoice matches the purchase order for each pick‑up.
• Checks payments received against the invoices for each delivery.
• Maintains an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick‑ups and obtains the recipient’s signature on each delivery entry.
• Unloads the truck each night. Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Performs basic truck maintenance, including filling the gas tank, checking oil, keeping the truck clean, and ensuring required inspections are performed.
• Advise the parts manager if delivery trucks need major repairs and maintenance.
• Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
• Assists the service department with attendant responsibilities for managing the drop‑off and pick‑up of customers’ cars.
• Helps with stocking and posting orders upon arrival to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
• Maintains overall professional appearance.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be subject to an annual MVR record pull.
• Position is safety‑sensitive and requires adherence to the RWC Drug and Alcohol policy.
• Preferred work experience in parts delivery or related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Strong team orientation.

Salary range for the parts delivery driver role is $15.00‑$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
