A leading workforce development organization in Tacoma is seeking a Career Advisor to assist Young Adults (ages 16-24) in finding employment and training opportunities. This full-time role involves providing career counseling, case management, and follow-up services to youth disengaged from education. The ideal candidate will work closely with community partners, provide career coaching, and maintain accurate case files. A valid driver’s license and two years of relevant experience are required.
Salary is between $24.03 and $26.44 per hour.
