We are a national, non‑franchised residential restoration company dedicated to providing exceptional service and solutions. With a commitment to quality and customer service, we focus on reshaping the restoration industry while empowering and building opportunities for our team and communities.

• Competitive salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (W‑2 or 1099 employment options)
• Up to 10% equity ownership (in your branch)
• Monthly profit sharing – paid out on the 25th of each month

• Perform labor‑intensive restoration services at customers’ homes on a 24‑hour basis.
• Respond quickly to emergency calls and conduct on‑site assessments of water, fire, and mold damage.
• Manage a high volume of customer calls and projects simultaneously.
• Provide clear and accurate scoping of services, testing, and job estimates.
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with clients throughout the restoration process.
• Safely operate and maintain restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of hazardous materials.

• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Physically capable of performing demanding restoration tasks; able to work independently in a busy environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment with potential extended hours.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferred: previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
