We are a busy and expanding water heater installation company looking for 1 to 2 new Technician Trainees. The average salary for technicians is $80 to $90K per year.
Pay: $25–$27 DOE. Earn BONUSES after training. First year average is $80 to $85K.
Experience We’re Looking For:- Mechanically inclined with 1+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, automotive, or general maintenance. Military experience encouraged.
- Willingness to train, learn, and stay current on the plumbing business.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to work a rotational weekend schedule (2 times a month).

The service area covers all Southern Washington counties from Renton to Tacoma. Training occurs in and around Auburn, WA. Candidates should live within a 25–35 minute commute of Auburn and have a safe place to park the company truck during off‑hours. Background checks and drug screening are required with an offer of employment.
