We are a busy and expanding water heater installation company looking for 1 to 2 new Technician Trainees. The average salary for technicians is $80 to $90K per year.

Pay: $25–$27 DOE. Earn BONUSES after training. First year average is $80 to $85K.

• Mechanically inclined with 1+ years of experience (or apprenticeship) in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, automotive, or general maintenance. Military experience encouraged.
• Willingness to train, learn, and stay current on the plumbing business.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to work a rotational weekend schedule (2 times a month).

The service area covers all Southern Washington counties from Renton to Tacoma. Training occurs in and around Auburn, WA. Background checks and drug screening are required with an offer of employment.
