As a Security Officer at PTHA

- Regularly patrol campus and other clinic sites to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Respond calmly and effectively to suspicious behavior, potential threats, or emergencies.
- Use de‑escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain peace.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist with directions, jump‑starts, escorts, and more.
- Monitor surveillance cameras, secure areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Partner with local law enforcement when needed.
- Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and manage access systems.
- HS diploma or GED.
- At least 18 months of experience in a Security Officer role with a focus on customer contact via patrols.
- Familiarity with card readers, surveillance systems, and basic security technology.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and ability to provide a driving abstract.
