Hiring Range: $21.78 – $25.57 per hour

Schedule: Full‑Time | Shifts may include days, nights, and weekends

• Regularly patrol campus and other clinic sites to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Respond calmly and effectively to suspicious behavior, potential threats, or emergencies.
• Use de‑escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain peace.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist with directions, jump‑starts, escorts, and more.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, secure areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Partner with local law enforcement when needed.
• Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and manage access systems.

• HS diploma or GED.
• At least 18 months of experience in a Security Officer role with a focus on customer contact via patrols.
• Familiarity with card readers, surveillance systems, and basic security technology.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and ability to provide a driving abstract.
