** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit to the premises in accordance with site protocols.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and/or potential threats within the financial institution setting.

+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement, when appropriate, to address security-related concerns.

+ Carry a firearm and maintain required certifications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + A valid concealed carry weapons permit is required.

+ One or more of the following is required: at least one year of law enforcement experience, at least two years of security supervisor or manager experience, or at least three years of security-related experience.

+ An armed guard card or license is required.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
