This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager role based in Tacoma, WA, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, preparing reports and sales forecasts, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills are essential for success in this role.
We are currently looking for an Account Manager for our Tacoma Branch. This position oversees the management of customer accounts; services customers by selling products, fielding questions, and resolving customer’s issues. Services existing accounts and also establishes new accounts. $80K to $90K + lucrative Commission.
Qualifications- Proven skills in customer relationship management, account development, and managing client needs effectively.
- Experience in sales, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to foster long-term client partnerships.
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving capabilities, and strategic planning aptitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills, with a detail‑oriented and organized work style.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with the building materials industry or similar sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
