Job DescriptionInternet Sales Managers field e-mail leads and need to manage the process of responding to them with courtesy, knowledge, speed and a customer-first philosophy. We require that you have had previous car sales experience when applying to be an Internet Sales Manager within our organization. More importantly, we are looking for customer service gurus who know how to interact with customers and find the right deal for what is best for the customer.
Requirements- Manage the Internet Sales Team’s leads with follow-up, correct data entry and accountability.
- Exceptional telephone manner, grammar and spelling (we place a lot of value on being personable and happy to help).
- Self-motivation.
- Strong customer relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to think like a customer, in order to provide the best possible sales experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and be consistent.
- Ability to respond to customers with courtesy, knowledge, personality and speed.
- A valid driver’s license required (can drive standard and automatic).
- Over 200 leads a month to the internet team.
- Every Sunday off and closed most statutory holidays.

- Under 1 year: 1 hour per 40 hours worked.
- 1–4 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked.
- 5–10 years: 1.6 hours per 40 hours worked.

- A commission‑based pay plan offering the ability to earn 20% to 25% commission on payable gross plus volume bonuses. Our average sales professionals could earn between $90,000 and $130,000 annually.
