We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to own and grow our South Puget Sound market. This is a true hunter role — ideal for someone who thrives on converting inbound leads, developing new opportunities independently, and building long-term customer relationships within their territory.

If you’re energized by jobsite conversations, building trust with contractors, and turning bids into long-term accounts, this is the opportunity for you. You must have an existing book of business and experience in the LBM industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Convert inbound leads into active, buying accounts
  • Prospect and develop new business independently within the territory
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, framers, and general contractors
  • Maintain strong jobsite presence and credibility
  • Prepare estimates, framing packages, and material takeoffs
  • Solve jobsite challenges with urgency and professionalism
  • Manage pipeline activity through CRM with strong discipline
  • Utilize digital quoting and technology tools to drive efficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven Lumber & Building Materials (LBM) sales experience
  • Existing book of business and/or strong local network in South Puget Sound
  • Recognized presence and credibility on jobsites
  • Comfortable with estimating, takeoffs, and framing packages
  • Strong business acumen with a technology-forward mindset
  • Disciplined in CRM usage and pipeline management
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented
