Sales Manager

We are a small, locally owned dealership looking for the right person to join our team and grow with us. Our store is customer-focused, fast-paced, and built around a simple philosophy:
take care of the customer and the rest will follow.

We are currently seeking an experienced Desk Manager who can help lead our sales team, work deals, and support our customers through the buying process.

This is a hands‑on role where the right candidate will play an important part in daily dealership operations.

• Desk deals and support the sales team.
• Work directly with customers to help them find the right vehicle.
• Manage and follow up on incoming leads.
• Assist with finance and deal structuring.
• Appraise and help purchase used vehicles for inventory.
• Maintain a strong customer‑first experience throughout the sales process.

• Previous Sales Manager or Desk Manager experience in automotive sales.
• Finance experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
