Outside Sales Representative; In-Plant Specialist

• Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This position is responsible for selling capital equipment lines including machine guarding equipment, industrial fans, modular wall and curtain systems, mezzanines, lift tables, in-plant offices, and related equipment.
  
  This is an outside sales position, with responsibility for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products and services.

• This position covers Tacoma, WA and surrounding territories.

• Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical aptitude. Sales Representatives must have knowledge of their territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis.

The hiring range for this position in USA-WA-Seattle is $81,600.00-$ per year based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
