Job DescriptionSales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with an emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on capital equipment sales, large projects, and accounts. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory.
This position covers Tacoma, WA and surrounding territories.
Successful candidates will combine a 4‑year degree with a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. In addition, the Sales Representative must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have good mechanical aptitude. The representative must be knowledgeable of their territory and its customer base, develop solid territory business plans, and effectively cover the territory on a daily basis.
Compensation& Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Geographic differentials are considered in areas of higher cost of living. Additional benefits include nine paid holidays, up to two weeks of vacation, additional paid time off based on tenure, and 52 hours of PTO (1 hour for every 40 hours worked) for employees in Washington.
