• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
• Deliver products by car to customer doors; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Assist with store marketing and promotional activities.

On‑the‑job orientation and training provided. Employees receive coaching on company policies, safety, and customer service.

Ability to understand and give correct written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Basic Math & Cash Handling
:
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; use a calculator if needed. Give correct monetary change. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Physical Coordination
:
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.

Computer Skills
:
Enter orders, process transactions, and handle basic data entry.

Environmental Factors
:
Temperature ranges from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas. Adverse weather exposure when removing trash or delivering products. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Demands
:

• Standing most tasks; walking on various surfaces.
• Lifting deliveries up to 50 pounds (bulk product), lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling trays.
• Crouching, bending, and reaching frequently to stock shelves or operate equipment.
• Climbing stairs or ladders to reach storage areas or perform maintenance.
• Carrying hot and cold items; handling pizzas and boxed dough.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Access to a company‑insured vehicle.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes while delivering products.
• Drive within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Walk between store and vehicle; climb up to five flights of stairs as required.
• Drive under varying weather conditions.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with company standards.
