Hourly rate ranges from $19.13 to $19.38, based on qualifications and experience.

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop and coach staff to maintain high guest service standards.
• Control operating expenses and shrinkage while managing inventory and merchandising in adherence to company policies.
• Support cash handling, visual merchandising, and inventory control activities.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands: ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours per shift.
