Assistant Store Manager – Banter by Piercing Pagoda – Tacoma Mall

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay $16.70 – $25.20 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate based on experience and qualifications.
