Saltwater Animal Hospital is looking for a Medical Director to lead our growing practice, mentor our talented team, and uphold our commitment to clinical excellence. We emphasize specialized support, with a 1:1 LVT-to-doctor ratio and 2:1 medical support staff-to-doctor ratio to ensure smooth workflows. Our team includes Fear-Free certified staff, two feline-only exam rooms, and a dedicated cat ward. We offer a wide range of services from routine care to complex cases, with in-house partnerships with specialists to support advanced treatments.

The facility is equipped with digital radiography (including dental), in-house lab capabilities, ultrasound, and Class IV laser therapy, located in Des Moines, WA.

We are looking for a veterinarian with proven clinical expertise, a passion for leadership, and a dedication to fostering an inclusive, drama-free workplace. Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required.
