Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare in a dynamic clinical setting.

• Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans across diverse medical disciplines.
• Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, dermatology issues, reproductive health, and mental health.
• Utilize EHR systems for documentation, order entry, and care coordination.
• Provide patient education and coordinate specialist referrals when needed.
• Participate in telehealth services to expand access to care.
• Perform procedures like suturing, catheterization, and wound care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards.
• Handle complex cases involving ventilators or post-operative recovery.

Pay ranges from $75.00 to $80.00/hour with flexible, part-time hours (8-16/week). Benefits include employee discounts and flexible scheduling. Work is in-person, requiring proficiency with EHR systems and strong communication skills.
