LPN​/RN Admissions Nurse

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Admissions team at our rehabilitation center. The ideal candidate will have a background in geriatrics and long-term care, and will be responsible for assessing new patients, determining their needs, and providing appropriate care. This position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of the medical field, and the ability to work with a diverse population of elderly patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to geriatric patients.

• Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care.

• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding long-term care options.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and progress.

• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth admissions process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Salary: $45/hr - $57/hr, DOE
