* * What You’ll Be Doing:
*** Complete comprehensive in-home patient assessments
* Manage patient comfort, symptom control, and pain relief
* Develop and update individualized plans of care under physician orders
* Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care in the home setting
* Document care accurately and promptly per clinical and legal standards
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives (QAPI)
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient support

* What We’re Looking For:
*** Current RN license in WA (or compact state)
* BLS certification from AHA
* Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
* Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
* Hospice agency experience required
