- The Critical Care Nurse Specialist serves as a critical member of the Mary Bridge Critical Care and Congenital Cardiac Program leadership teams, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop/update policies, procedures and guidelines for Critical Care Services at Mary Bridge (including Congenital Heart Program, CICU, PICU, ECMO and other associated services).
- Functions as an expert clinician for critical care services, ensuring care is safe, focused on outcomes, and evidence based.
- Supports development of the Congenital Cardiac Program with nursing and interdisciplinary education.
- Eligible for sign on bonus
- Master’s degree required, DNP or PhD preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Nursing Certification or related professional certification; if not in possession at time of hire, must acquire within one (1) year of hire
- Five (5) years of experience with the assigned patient population

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $ - $ USD. Pay is influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
