• Beds: 35 (21 ER beds plus fast tracks/surgical suite)
• Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:3 standard acuity; 1:6 lower acuity
• Support Staff: 24/7 clinical support
• EMR:
  Epic electronic medical record

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or compact state
• Minimum 1.5 years of pediatric emergency department nursing experience
• At least 6 months of triage and trauma nursing experience
• Proficient in general pediatric ED care, mental health, trauma, and triage
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  TNCC, PALS, BLS, CPI or MOAB
• First-time travel nurses are encouraged to apply

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the emergency department
• Perform triage, trauma assessments, and emergency interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
• Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
• Support pediatric patients and families during acute and crisis situations
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
