Job Summary:

Licensed Practical Nurse –LPN

Location:
Tacoma, WA

Pay Rate Range: $33-46/HR*

Pediatric patient with G-tube located in Lakewood, WA

Full time AM shifts + Flexible Schedules

At least 6 months of pediatric experience preferred

Rate dependent on experience, skill level and case assigned

Qualifications :

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license

• TB skin test
-2 step (current within last 12 months)

• Must have reliable transportation

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures

• Continuing Education as required by state
