Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Gynecologic Oncology team at Piedmont Fayetteville Hospital. This Advanced Practice Provider will be working under the supervision of a Physician with duties in an outpatient clinical setting. Full‑time position with some call responsibility.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Rounding and managing patients admitted to the hospital as inpatient
• Perform standard exams and procedures in order to perform initial evaluation of inpatient and emergency room consults
• Provide consultations and evaluate patients in office setting with supervision and clinical guidance as needed
• Participate in the monthly call schedule shared by two physicians and another APP
• Assist with management and triaging of clinical related patient phone calls
• Assist with management of results, Rx requests, patient messages and inquiries via EPIC (the health system EMR)
• Contribute to excellent patient care, research, teaching, consulting, and leadership to the organization
• Emphasize health promotion for patients
• Coordinate chemotherapy treatments
• Augment the physician's ability to provide medical services to gyn oncology patients

Masters, Bachelors Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification

Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification

Gynecology experience preferred, but not required.
