• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse - Maternal Child in an acute care setting
• Education:
  
  Associate's degree in nursing (ASN)
• Work Experience:
  
  One Year of Experience in Nursing
• License:
  Current unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 US States and/or territories
• US Citizen
• NACI background check
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA or ARC issued
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Provider-Advanced (NRP)
  • Fetal monitoring Certification
  • Sugar, temperature, airway, blood pressure, lab work, and emotional support (STABLE)

• Provide comprehensive professional nursing care to postpartum mothers and neonates. Experience caring for postoperative patients.
• Obtain patient history, and pertinent family history, and advanced medical directive information. Observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress. Assist physicians during treatments and examinations; administer medication and prescribed treatments, complete admissions and discharges, and promote convalescence and rehabilitation.
• Manage care of patients for a wide range of procedures of an advanced nature and difficulty where there is a high risk for infection and bodily functions are mechanically assisted by life support equipment.
• Knowledge of the transitional care of neonates is required.
• HCW's will be required to float within similar specialties.
