Registered Nurse (RN) FT days at Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital
OverviewWe are hiring full‑time day RNs to join our inpatient team. This position includes three (3) 12‑hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.
Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital is a 120‑bed inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Tacoma, Washington. We are Department of Health and Joint Commission accredited and provide acute care psychiatric services to both voluntary and involuntary patients.
Our approach to treatment emphasizes whole‑person centered care that supports wellness and recovery. We respect and are inclusive of everyone’s unique values, strengths, and beliefs, and we rely on a team approach that includes providers, nurses, mental health technicians, and therapy team members.
RNs promote and restore patients’ mental health in a safe therapeutic environment through direct nursing care, create psychiatric care plans and wrap‑around services within a medical model, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, provide physical and psychological support to patients, families and friends, and supervise assigned team members.
Benefits- Hourly pay $41.12–$76.24 based on the union scale for experience
- Shift differentials: $3.00 weekends

- Sign‑on bonus: $12,500 payable over one year
- Relocation assistance available
As a condition of employment, you must join the SEIU Union within thirty (30) calendar days of employment and remain a member in good standing, unless you receive a religious exemption.
Qualifications- Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current Washington State license without restrictions or an accepted compact license.
- One year psychiatric nursing experience.
- Strong nursing assessment skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) card from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
