Product Sorters - Mon-Sat (hours may vary)

Sorters help process incoming donations, keeping shelves full for the clients we serve. Duties include, but are not limited to folding and labelling linens, batching dishes into sets, stocking shelves, determining if items suit the needs.

• 3-4 hour shift in a warehouse environment (Tuesdays through Friday, morning and afternoon shifts available)
• Closed toed shoes
• Weather appropriate layers - the warehouse can get cold
• Packing water and a snack advised

RSVP is a part of a national network of programs called Senior Corps that recruits adults 55 and older to use their talents and life experience to help meet community needs through volunteer service. The focus of RSVP is to incorporate meaningful volunteer opportunities that provide purpose and a way to give back to the community.

Did you know that volunteers live longer? And there are health benefits of being needed and appreciated, and you have the opportunity to try new things and meet new people.

By joining this program, you become part of a national Senior Corp movement of hundreds of thousands of volunteers striving to help their communities.

We have a yearly recognition luncheon and a gift for everyone who is a member of RSVP. We also hold smaller events, such as ice cream socials and coffee and pastries throughout the year to celebrate YOU and the contribution of your time and dedication to helping your community.
